The 24@Home Hotel in Bangkok was conveniently located near our sports venue, making it easy for us to get there. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even in heavy rain. The room was spacious and the breakfast was served early. The hotel had room service, a computer in the lobby, and was overall pretty clean.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Our young family enjoyed a comfortable stay at this reasonably priced hotel. the room was clean, cozy, and felt like home. Staff provided a welcome drink in a cooling glass, and we appreciated the friendly and non-intrusive service. Although not located near many sights, it was close to the conference we attended. There were food options down the street, and the breakfast was good.
The bathroom could use some improvement, as one guest mentioned a tiny bathroom and a shower head attached to the wall above the toilet.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent as well. The hotel had a great view of the city. The location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops nearby. It was also close to a major shopping center.
The staff were rude and unhelpful. They did not seem to care about our experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel close to the venue where my sports conference was held. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and would always assist me in any way that they could. They even went out in the rain to get a taxi for me and were readily available to communicate in English. The hotel room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was consistently available early in the morning. Additionally, there were plenty of options for food on the main road nearby.
Not obvious to find, but catching a cab was not difficult due to the numerous cabs passing the hotel frequently.

The room had good natural light and was fairly spacious with all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. the breakfast offered a fair selection of local and western options. the area around the hotel was always quite peaceful.
The shower was placed above the toilet which was quite impractical. the bed was hard and not very comfortable for a romantic getaway.
